We have a purpose built specialised Bakery kitchen for the delivery of these courses

Academia International has a new NEAS accredited course available:

There are two levels offered at Academia International. Courses start every 5 weeks. It takes approximately 10 weeks for a student to raise her or his IELTS score by .5.

Vincenzzo Cammerucci: Chef from one Michelin Star Italian restaurant Lido Lido on the Adriatic Coast

Guy Grossi: Chef/owner of Grossi Florentino

Thierry Marx: Recently named Chef of the Year by the Gault Millau guide. One of France’s most noted chefs, Thierry Marx achieved a two Michelin stars from Gault Millau at Chataeau Cordeillan-Bages.
